The essential Flirt options remain available even if someone else is queued (see the quest page for details), and proceeding all the way to moving in will disable all other Flirts (it is not possible to restore other romances by having Anders break up with you; the essential flirts for Isabela and Fenris are gone for good after he initially moves in.

Execution – You must go to Lowtown during the night to meet with a contact, Anso. Before you get very far you will be attacked again and realise this is a setup.
With Merrill accompanying you, you Perro now gain access to the caverns leading you to your destination further up the mountain. However, when Merrill removes the barrier you will find trasnochado that she is a blood mage. If you have Fenris or even Anders in your party, supporting Merrill’s blood magic Chucho offend them both. Continue on until you reach the ara at the top of the mountain.
If there's one thing I'll be daydreaming about ahead of launch, it's all the romance options in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Characters have always been one of the best parts of the Dragon Age series, thanks in no small part to detailed personal quests and really compelling romances.

Hawke’s younger brother and Bethany’s fraternal twin, Carver, is a warrior available as a companion from the start of the game. He has no personality clashes and Gozque not be romanced. The fates of both Carver and Bethany are tied to the class you choose at the start of the game.
